The owners at Elm Street Studio have recently decided to undergo an extensive re-vamp of the business model. With so many changes and updates in the future, they have decided to suspend scheduling of weekend events anytime after July 22, 2017 with no specific date established for resuming scheduling of weekend events.

If you are able to host an event prior to July 22, then we are very happy to have the opportunity to work with you. We are still actively available for scheduling weekday events and meetings during regular business hours of 9am to 5pm. So, if you are looking for a place to host a business or organizational meeting, we would love to help you.

Here is a little about our space:

Elm Street Studio is a charming place to host your next meeting or small event. We have maintained the cottage charm of our renovated, 80 year old home. It makes the perfect backdrop.

Elm Street Studio is conveniently located in Northeast Tarrant County in the city of Keller. We are easily accessible from Forth Worth, Grapevine, Colleyville, Southlake, North Richland Hills, Roanoke, Trophy Club, Azle, Haslet,and beyond.

In addition to the lovely interior space, we also are proud of our large, tree shaded grounds.

Our interior space can accommodate up to about 40 people for a meeting depending upon the desired configuration.

You may provide your own catering and if you would like to serve alcohol at your event, we will bring on a TABC certified bartender for a small additional fee.

Inclusions: • Table/chair use and set-up • Facilities supervision for the duration of your event • Sound system – Speakers throughout interior with USB connection. No exterior sound system provided. • Use of our flat screen TV for a slide show, power point, etc. – no tech assistance available - Bring jpg. images on a flash drive and plug it in to the back of the TV

What we do: When you arrive for your scheduled rental, all of the tables and chairs will be set up and in place per our previous conversations or our best understanding of your needs. All you have to do is come in and decorate, and set up your food/beverages. An ESS representative will be on premises for the duration of your rental to trouble-shoot any facility concerns.

Reservations: To reserve your preferred date and time, a deposit of 1⁄2 of the rental fee is required along with a signed rental agreement. The remaining balance is then due four weeks prior to your event date. A venue inquiry does not hold your spot. All dates and times remain open until both the deposit is received and the signed contract is submitted.

We are happy to help you host group meetings, PTA meetings, business meetings, etc.
